Andy in Stoke store was absolutely amazing and very patient with having to find a way to fit enough sofas in our lounge due to our large family.
Cannot fault it great personality, happy, supportive, fab people skills nothing wasn't a problem.

We brought a new sofa today in store. We were very happy with the service that john gave us. He clearly explained all aspects of the product and the other items you have in store. We didn't feel no pressure to buy ( unlike other furniture stores). I would like to say that john is an asset to your company. Thanks Mr cooper.
