Great experience. Excellent and friendly staff. Great customer service in store. Didn’t feel pressured into buying. Was going to buy online but staff made the experience.

Great service
Great service from start to finish.Really friendly, clean and tidy store.
Patient while we went through different options and reviewed differen sofa set up. Hope went through in detail all the after care to ensure we get maxium out of our sofa's by ensuring we care for them properly and care options available and the 3 year service

The sales lady would not stop trying to upsell me, she said that she was obliged to tell me about all of the add ons. I genuinely should have left the place, and ordered online.

Very happy with product
Very happy with product. Service was good. Didn’t have a choice to collect had to have delivered which cost me a further £50.00 and then a day off work to make sure home for delivery so maybe this is where things could be improved

We had a fantastic experience with Hope today. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, offered helpful advice, and was extremely patient while we considered our options.
Hope’s attention to detail was excellent, and her expertise helped us avoid making a costly mistake with sizing. She was efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right sofa for our home rather than simply making a sale.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We are so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
