The helpful and kind staff who were not at all pushy and took the time with our order.

Excellent advice and fully informed about my new sofa purchase. Michael was super friendly and personable.

We purchased a bed from DFS after specifically asking the salesperson whether it required self-assembly. My husband is disabled and only has the use of one arm, so this was a very important factor in our decision.

We explained this to the salesperson, who assured us that it was "just four bits to put together" and would be very easy. Based on that advice, we went ahead with the purchase.

Unfortunately, this was completely inaccurate. The bed arrived entirely flat-packed and required full assembly, which was exactly what we had explained we could not manage.

Had we been given honest and accurate information, we would not have bought this bed. We feel we were misled simply to secure the sale, which was extremely disappointing. Customers should be able to trust the advice they are given, particularly when they have clearly explained their circumstances.

On the first visit Lyn spent along time with us going through all the items we wanted then recommended a sofa and chair and the fabric. Today Michael again spent along time with us going through the options and fabrics the actual purchase procedure was very clear and fully explained

The advisor who looked after us was excellent he was careful to give us all the information we needed and was friendly and efficient. I can honestly say it was because of him we felt comfortable and happy to buy the sofa.
Mike was by far the best employee we came across in your store and because of him we will be happy to shop in this store in the future.

Husband and I started today considering that we may need a new sofa, having loved our old one to death....
Both of us, thankfully, had the same idea of what we wanted, so only one sofa passed our specific needs.
We were greeted as we came into the store, but it was very good to be left alone to look around, as other showroom staff can be a little omnipresent!
It was lovely to speak to a lady called Lynne and a young man called Harry. Both were SO helpful and nothing was too much effort.
I never expected to end the day having chosen and paid for our ideal sofas!
And hopefully, our new comfy living room buddies will be with us within 2 weeks.
Perfect.

The person who helped us was very knowledgeable made the process quick and seamless and went above and beyond to get delivery as quick as possible.

The lady was very patient with us and explained everything and took time with us and helped us gave us time to choose which sofa we liked went through everything great customer care

I was greeted by staff member Tom who was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He presented very well, dressed smart but casual and spoke eloquently. My time with him was great. He listened and gave me options and advice from his experience and my preference to the French Connection range I'm already familiar with. The service was excellent, all staff including Jen very polite and friendly. Thanks!

Very helpful advice for choosing the best sofa for us in our price range.

Another great experience at DFS. No pushy sales. We were left alone until we were ready to make our purchase, then George was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. A little more push at this point to sell us the aftercare products but backed off when we made it clear we were not interested.
George was great a giving advice and very knowledgeable about both sets of furniture we purchased.
In all a great experience.

Found Jem very helpful and helped with my order very good at explaining all I needed to know about my new sofa and armchair I was struggling to go on line so Found this very helpful to go in store.

Harry made us really welcome and made buying our sofa a very positive experience, I would recommend asking for him if you are buying a sofa from store
