Overall a very good experience
Overall a very good experience. We were left to browse at leisure and wasn’t pressured into a sale. The sales assistant was very helpful and patient with us.

Very helpful in store staff. Very knowledgeable. Friendly and chatty, offered us a hot drink and explained everything. Even helped us measure to double check the size.

Purchased a sofa today (Sofia range). The young lady (black hair, from Hessle, sorry we didn't catch her name) remembered us from a previous vist and made us feel welcomed.
When sat and going through the purchase she was very informative and answered any questions and felt no pressure to purchase.
