I have forgotten the salesman's name, he was very informative, giving good advice and assisted with all our enquires.

Barbara the sales assistant at the Inverness store was extremely helpful. So much so, she stayed long after her finishing time. Great service.

Its been a good experience with DFS
Amazing range of all the sofas and furniture, very comfortable and sturdy

But the only thing which I didn’t enjoy is the long delivery time around 4-6 weeks which they should work on it

The lady who served me, her name was Barbara (in Inverness),was extremely helpful & friendly. The shop was easy to navigate. Which was important to me as I have mobility issues following a stroke

Orderd at zana 3 seater couch from kealan from DFS ,he went through all the colours, from fabric to the colours of the feet,he gave us all the information we needed ,and was very helpful

Friendly staff, with good knowledge

The salesperson ( think her name was Fee) was very pleasant and helpful. I think she said she had only been there for a short time. However she was very approachable and nice to talk with. Her colleague who joined us to finalise the sale was also very professional.Altogether a good experience and I look forward to receiving my furniture order.

Very happy with the experience was given plenty of time to have a look round and see the couches, when we found the right one the process was effortless and we are very happy with the service provided by harry.
