Great looking furniture ,salesman was very helpful and pleasant. Good prices compared to other companies.

Had a really great experience at DFS thanks to Mark. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge really helped us make the right choice.

I had a fantastic experience at DFS Ipswich. Buying a sofa can be overwhelming, but Richard Watson made it incredibly easy. He was patient, knowledgeable about the different sofa models, listened to my wants and needs, and never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. I’m really happy with the service and can't wait for my new sofa to arrive. Highly recommend asking for Richard Watson if you visit!

I was very happy with the service I was given by the Customer service lady. She was very pleasant, helpful and explained all the aspects of the purchase of the sofa and the options on how to pay. Looking forward to my new sofa and chair.

Tina at the Ipswich store was really great, allowed us to browse the store and was on hand if we had any questions. When we asked a question she was very polite and knowledgeable. Tina made us feel really comfortable and offered us regular refreshments, which is always a bonus.
Tina gave us all the information for us to take away and do the appropriate measurements.
We have a closer store in Colchester but chose to go back to Tina as she made us feel so welcome.🤗

You sales person Tina was so helpful and very informative about everything we asked and made our experience at the store very chilled and relaxed and was happy that she was the right person to deal with now looking forward to receiving our new sofa 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend DFS to friends and family .STEVE AND TANIA

Richard at DFS was fantastic from start to finish. He was very nice, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all our questions, helped us find the right sofa without any pressure, and made the experience easy and enjoyable.
