Excellent service - the staff were very knowledgeable and provide excellent advice. Not pushy just extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We had already chosen the sofa we wanted on DFS online but wanted to go and see it in-store at Llandudno before making the final decision to purchase. Our in-store experience was excellent, and that was all thanks to the gentleman called Mike who greeted us and made then entire process very enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, courteous and entertaining. A thoroughly lovely man and a great asset to DFS. 10 out of 10 all round.

Bought two two seater electric recliners from Llandudno shop
Paid in full
Changed ( upgraded) to a two and a three seater two days after …. before delivery date given … told it wasn’t a problem

I was given ( txtd) a message to say they would be delivered within 7 days ….
that was on 19 may with their delivery company
That’s when ‘the wheels came off
been in shop a couple of times since to ask where they are ?
There is definitely a lack of communication with shop and delivery company sad to say
nb the staff in DFS were great I must add
really nice people

I’m /we’re just in limbo at the moment. In a new house with nothing to relax in
( a bean bag )
Little disappointed to say the least
It’s now 4 th June and still ‘couchless’
No phone number for shop
emails bounce back
Shame. It’s tarnished my experience with them

Comfy sofas, excellent team and amazing experience. We can’t recommend Marcus enough. He has a sincere desire to provide the best possible customer service experience and he did. No hard-sell whatsoever. He provided unbiased advice and guidance to allow an informed decision to be made. We travelled up from Anglesey to Llandudno store and were greeted, offered refreshments and given a tour of the showroom followed by a conversation. Nothing was too much trouble for Marcus and we look forward to receiving our new sofa soon.

Angela was AMAZING. We went back at week later and she remembered us, the dog and exactly what we wanted. Great service.
