Anna at the DFS store in Milton Keynes is a credit to your company, she was professional, caring and thorough throughout the whole process of picking a new sofa for our first home, I can't thank her enough!

Was 3rd time visiting the store, the sales assistant Anna was very helpful and remembered what we’d looked at previously but never felt under pressure to purchase

Excellent service. We were served by Mark who was helpful understanding knowledgeable and also had a sense of humour.
The whole experience of choosing a sofa and purchasing was stress free.
Mark gave us plenty of space and time to make up our minds.

We registered a problem with sofas purchased three years ago. This was dealt with by two visits and a satisfactory outcome. We now have two new sofas ordered and waiting delivery. The service was professional and personable.

The easygliders were not delivered with my sofas and I have found it very difficult to contact anyone. The online chat promised somebody would be in touch within 72 hours and it is now 4 days, they would not give me an email or phone number. The sofas are nice.

Was very helpful in making the decision on buying our recliner settee, the assistant that helped us was very informative, would definitely recommend buying from them.

We made a couple of visits to the store. First time we were welcomed by Aarti who was friendly and the second time we were welcomed by Katie who served us and was friendly too. Both times there was no pressure from the staff, just let us be while we looked around the store. We ended up buying sofas and a bed too. Service was very good, very professional and explained everything well. Thank you.

Amandeep (our sales person) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to search for specific items without being asked, and ready to go that extra mile, again without being asked. Amandeep understood all needs, and made the whole experience a pleasure.

We planned to visit other sofa companies after DFS, but their incredibly welcoming and helpful staff made it unnecessary! We were given every assistance and support to enable us to choose our perfect suite in less than an hour!

As soon as I walked in to the building I was greeted by Giovanna, she was a breath of fresh air 😊 very polite and welcoming and made my experience not only fun and a laugh but also very easy and understanding. I would ask for her every time I visit and recommend her help to anyone
