Just Excellent........
My wife and I called into DFS (Norwich) earlier today and was greeted with a very warm welcome by Chris, eventually we decided on what we needed and sat down to discuss our next steps and queries we had, all of which were answered and clarified by Chris, to the point that we placed an order there and then not overlooking Shaun who double checked our requirements.
Finally to say what a pleasurable experience as nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure or hard selling, we were just left to decide at our own pace. Such a change to find this approach in our modern world!

Great Service
Apologies to the main guy who helped us today as we have forgotten your name but you were great. There was no hard sell we were allowed to look round with no pressure. The sofa we went in to look at wasn't what we wanted in the end, we were shown the resilience finishes that we wouldn't have ever considered and ended up buying the Braylan 2 & 3 seater sofa. The guys made sure we knew all the information. I would definitely recommend this store and order from there again and please say thank you to the guy who supported us through our search.

Great customer service
Nat from DFS Norwich explained all about the leather sofa and armchair in detail, what it was made of and how to look after it. We bought on interest free credit and she explained all of that clearly to us. Gave us an indication of delivery times too. We enjoyed the free latte too!
