Got my new sofa in no time very happy with process and my new sofa is absolutely gorgeous

Ellie was really helpful . Made the whole E xpereince very easy . We saw a sofa we really liked but couldn’t find a chair to go with it. Ellie looked on line for us and found us one we really liked. . So we ordered the sofa and chair and a footstool there and then .

We visited DFS today and had a fantastic experience thanks to Elie.
From the moment we arrived, Elie was welcoming, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and patiently guided us through the available options without any pressure. Her product knowledge was excellent, and he explained the features, fabrics, and configurations clearly, helping us make an informed decision.
What stood out most was Elie's professionalism and genuine willingness to help. She was attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and made the whole purchasing process smooth and enjoyable.

We recently visited the Nottingham branch to purchase our new sofa. We were greeted by the lovely Earl who assisted us to find the perfect sofa by asking us our needs and wants, making the experience feel personal. He was friendly, funny and kind, absolutely excellent at his job.

We had such a lovely experience purchasing our sofa, and that was largely thanks to Lee Jackson. From the moment we walked in, Lee was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite. We were not chased around the store, we where given time to look around ourselves and given as much time as we needed.

Lee struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable, professional and informative as well as giving us space to decide and ensured all the finer details where correct, which we really appreciated. It was also so nice to have a laugh with him along the way — his approachable nature and great sense of humour made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. His warm personality is a great addition to the service provided and really leaves an imprint on our experience.

We’d also like to thank the manager for kindly sorting a deal out for us. It was very much appreciated and made us feel valued as customers.

Overall, the service we received was excellent from start to finish. We’re absolutely delighted with our sofa and very grateful for all the help and support. We cant wait for it to arrive. Thank you again Lee!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, went out there way to help us come to a decision on the colour we wanted by taking us on a tour, we knew the type of 3 piece sweet we wanted but unsure of colour

Was approached by salesman Earl on arrival. He was extremely helpful. He helped me find the sofa that I wanted. Was very knowledgeable and provided and excellent service.

Dennis was very helpful, informative & polite.

The time we spent with Lee was really relaxing and he was really informative regarding what we were looking for.

Was greeted on entry to the store. Very pleasant and informative interaction. Then left to browse stock. When we had equalisation the re was no issue and we recieved very informed answers. The staff were all happy and engaged with us in a really welcoming friendly manner.
We got an easy to understand breakdown of prices. Made our purchase and felt very happy that we got a good deal.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Firstly we were left to browse the store without being “pounced on” as soon as we walked in. As soon as we decided on the sofa we were interested in the manager brought a fantastic sales person to us who knew absolutely everything we needed to know about it and the tech that came with it. Truly friendly and professional staff all round. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

Unfortunately I have forgotten the young lady's name but she listened to what we wanted explained our options and happy with our new purchase

Pamela was excellent in negotiating us through the whole buying experience. Telling us all about the extra add ins we could purchase etc. would highly recommend Pamela and she makes a wonderful cup of tea. Bought the sofas etc today with Pamela’s help.

Leigh was a great salesman; he explained everything and took his time until we came up with a decision.

Great experience, staff very helpful, pleasant atmosphere. not overly pushy, good selection on display.
