As a first-time buyer with DFS, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process.
A special thank you to Earl, who was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect sofa. He took the time to answer all my questions, offered excellent advice, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Very disappointed with the service we received. After placing the order the assistant assured us she would call with a follow up. I received an email to say DFS are expecting my sofa only to receive a phone call a week later to say it wasn’t ordered which has now put my delivery date back. All nice to you in the shop but after sales is non existent!

We went to DFS in castle marina looking for a sofa for our living room. We were assisted by Pam. She was very patient and helpful. She was attentive and answered all of our questions. She gave us good advice.
We had a great experience and would recommend a visit!

We were greeted by Brian at the Nottingham store who helped us to find the sofa I'd seen online and the colour options. Dennis then came over for the purchase, he was absolutely lovely. He explained about the care of the sofa and went through all my options for payment. He was friendly and gave excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend! A friend who had come with me will be going back to buy her own sofa from Dennis.

I have recently sent over £5000 on new furniture from DFS nottingham and on the whole I'm very satisfied with my purchases. Except for one item, Visionary Express Large 2 Seat Power Recliner with Screen. I bought it in March, its now July and in that time I have required 3 engineers to visit to rectify an issue with the frame. After 3 visits there are still issues with the frames and now the seat cushions too. For a £2000+ sofa bear in mind, not a suite, that supposed to have a 15 year guarantee on the frame. I don't see it lasting 15 months. Very disappointed with it. DFS Customer service seems to be dragging its heels in resolving my issues. They said after the second visit a service manager would come and make a decision on the sofa. He turned up and said there's nothing he can do regarding our issues, it requires the store manager to look into it. He called today and said he needed to look at the service reports and would get back to us... more delays.
I've bought many sofas from DFS over the years and NEVER had an issue. I've paid for protect and extended warranty/ service and it seems to have been a waste of money. Disappointing service which is a shame. I've always trusted DFS but now all I want is this sorting and the sofa returning. I can't see me buying another and would not be recommending DFS as a sofa supplier to anybody in the future, such a shame the shop that sold me the sofas in the first place were really good as you can see from a review I left earlier this year of the salesman, not pushy, very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell. Shame the quality of the sofa doesn't match.

Been in a couple of times to look, very welcoming staff with no sales push. Went in a third time today and was dealt with my Earl (hopefully remembered his name) at castle marina branch. He was absolutely brilliant, patience of a saint whilst the wife changed her mind about 10 times, he even moved the displays around for us, confident to proceed with the purchase as he wasn’t pushy, got on our level and took time to explain everything properly leaving no confusion. What a guy. Thank you.

Surperb service

The man that sold us the settee was the most lovely person he had time for us he was very polite he didn't rush us he answered all our questions and more .he is a credit to your company.

Friendly staff treated us well & answered any questions we had.. Special mention to the store manager Rachel & Ellie in sales. They made it easy & went through everything to make sure we got the right sofas for the room. Really appreciate there friendly service.
