We had a wonderful experience, especially with the customer service. Earl the sales person was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge and the way he presented the product made it easy for us to understand and gave us the confidence to make our purchase. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he was kind and professional throughout. It was a truly wonderful experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

We knew what sofa we wanted without walking around,as we had looked at it many times before. We were left to look and then a lovely man came over after about 5 minutes,There was no pushy selling, we did say we weren't ready for it until November, and was told we could still order with a November delivery( which was brilliant) so we ordered straight away, Dennis made us feel very welcomed. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn't want. He made us coffee and made us feel important. He had knowledge regarding what he was selling us and didn't sound like a robot, he was natural.A very nice buying experience

We found the sofa and chair we wanted, friendly member of staff explained all the after care and insurance

Was greeted with a smile & hello as soon as we walked in, was left to browse around the store. We found a lovely comfortable settee and at a very good price. The assistant Denis was very easy to chat to and extremely helpful regarding the product and any extras we added, like the eaziglides which I would highly recommend for moving your suite around with ease. The ordering process was so quick and easy, great customer service would definitely recommend 👍

We recently visited the DFS store in Nottingham with what we thought would be a simple enquiry about purchasing an additional footstool for a corner suite we bought around five or six years ago.
Lee had just finished assisting another customer when we approached him, and from the very beginning he was incredibly helpful and eager to resolve our query. Nothing was too much trouble. What started as a request for a footstool turned into spending over two hours helping us choose and purchase an additional suite.
Throughout the entire experience, Lee was the perfect balance of professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we found exactly what we wanted. He was patient, never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process enjoyable and completely stress-free.
Customer service of this standard is rare these days, and Lee is a real credit to DFS. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience he provided and left feeling valued as customers. Thank you, Lee, for your outstanding service—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I visited the store to view a sofa I was very interested in purchasing. Denis acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and was extremely friendly and welcoming. I spent some time discussing one of the sofa ranges with him, and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions.

Overall, I had a great experience in the store. All of the staff were lovely, and the store itself was clean, tidy, and pleasant to visit. I ended up purchasing the sofa along with some additional extras, and I’m very happy with my decision.
