At the time of buying the sofa I was…
At the time of buying the sofa I was happy with my purchase especially as it had a 15yr guarantee on the frame. Unfortunately now we have a problem and part of the metal sofa frame gas broken, they are not interested. Thd guarantee isn't worth the paper it us written on. Very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to write us a review, we do appreciate this. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a fault with your furniture.
At the point of purchase, the furniture will have a 2 year manufacturing warranty on the interiors, upholstery, electrics and mechanisms. The frame has a 15 year manufacturing warranty on the main frame structure and the springs. As the fault you have raised with us is on the recliner mechanism this would no longer be covered under warranty. If you would like to discuss this further please call us on 0333 9999 777.

Purchase Sofa
Extremely accommodating, made us feel welcome and not rushed into buying the sofa, listened to us. We went to the store a couple of times as we were looking at other stores and measuring it to check it would fit into the room.
Treated us like people not pushing us into buying.
