Being able to try the couches in person and speak to a rep who knew what he was talking about makes it more worthwhile visiting the store than buying blind online.

Great customer service
Sadiq dealt with us today , he was very helpful helping us choose what we wanted.Sadiq was polite throughout the visit , he didnt rush us in any way , once we picked the sofa he explained everything from start to finish , really nice guy , very good at his job ,he took us round the whole store and helped us choose 100%.Bobby another worker was also very nice to us .well done DFSPaisley.

Staff lovely and not overbearing
Bright and nicely laid out store. We dealt with Heather who was lovely and not too overbearing and very patient with me when I could not decide and kept changing my mind. Coffee was great too.

Ian from the Paisley branch was 10/10, he wasn’t pushy, he gave us the information we needed and left us to it. Customer service from all staff were great and his colleague Siead (I think that was his name) is a great barista 🤣
