We had a fantastic experience at DFS when purchasing our sofa. Mitesh was incredibly informative from start to finish and his energy and enthusiasm made the whole process enjoyable. His knowledge of sofas was impressive and it was clear he genuinely loves what he does.

He took the time to show us a wide range of options and helped us understand what to look for when making such a significant purchase. There was absolutely no pressure just honest advice and plenty of patience as we worked our way around the showroom. After what felt like hundreds, if not thousands, of steps trying different sofas and repeatedly returning to our favourites, we finally made our decision.

What stood out most was how informed and confident we felt by the end. As a sofa is something we expect to buy only once every 10–20 years, having someone as knowledgeable and passionate as Mitesh guiding us through the process made a huge difference.

We left feeling thoroughly informed, excited about our purchase and genuinely happy with the experience. Thank you Mitesh for making such an important purchase an enjoyable one.

Sophia at the S Ruislip branch was great. The whole experience was smooth and efficient. I got all the info I needed and there were no pushy sales tactics. I have bought my last 3 sofas from DFS and have always been satisfied.

Jason was brilliant and helped us to decide is the right sofa for us.

We returned to DFS after 15 years and they did not disappoint. Nice to see a british company that keeps its record of good quality furniture and good customer service

Consistently good friendly staff anytime I've ever visited the store.
Today me and my daughter came in to buy a sofa, we were looked after very well given lots of information and have come away happy.

We were welcomed by Jason on arrival, he was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. Forgot to mention i placed the order for the sofa.

We had been back and forth to the Ruislip store quite a few times to view the same sofa and thankfully had Adam to talk us through almost every time.

After what was probably our 4th visit we finally made a decision to go for it and we couldn’t be happier (now just waiting for delivery). Adam talked us through the options and helped us with measurements , he was patient and friendly and we never felt rushed in to making any decisions.
