Went to buy a sofa at DFS South Ruislip, the staff were friendly, the staff member that helped me was also very friendly and efficient and helped me with getting me new sofa, I was able to see the sofa I was interested in in store and purchased this, and even better the sofa was available within one week so one week later I now have my sofa at home

We were looking for sofas for the last few months and eventually we liked the one that we ordered now.
The staff who dealt with us was very helpful and experienced.
I have to contact the Customer Service for a small change - the two seater sofa should be replaced with another three-seater sofa and the person who was in Customer Service department was also very helpful.
