Poor customer service.

Told us all the little details which you can’t get online.
Very good sale man.

Had a problem which has been dealt with speedily and politely. Thank you Brian for your patience.

We went to DFS with an idea of the furniture we wanted but having seen the one we thought we were going to have we realised it didn't suit our purpose.
However, Jason was on hand to help us with selecting something that was more suitable for our needs.
Jason was friendly, helpful and listened to our needs and guided us along the path to select what we needed.
When it came to closing the deal he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
I cannot commend his service high enough.

Good service as normal, this is our 6 sofa from DFS now.

Adam was very helpful! gave me all the information I asked for and was very patient and gave me space while I took my time deciding on which sofa I wanted.

We were under no pressure. We toured the showroom and tried the various designs of setees on show. An assistant then gave us advice on fabric choices etc. We had purchase options explained and product care. We had a very pleasant shopping experience.

We were in Swindon centre. Jason, Paul and Gregg made us extremely comfortable. There knowledge on the product was excellent. We were bit confused initially on the product. They helped us make a decision which we felt is right for us. Thanks all.

Really disappointed in DFS after years of singing your praises.
We ordered a Lucinda Big Corner sofa. With medium swivel chair with footstool etc.

6weeks later, we were called and to say that they are no longer making the frames for the swivel chairs - we were gutted. We went with that range because they did offer the matching swivel chair.

We agreed to switch the swivel chair to an arm chair and and extra footstool, as long as it didn’t further delay our order..
Nobody could answer this.
Call backs were promised. Nothing.
Since we have checked the ETA on the delivery which was pushed back by 6weeks.
Not happy, your mistake shouldn’t cost a delay to customers…
Worst thing is… the swivel chair is still being advertised as available.
So how many more customers are you going to upset.

Pina the sales person was excellent throughout the purchase, explaining everything as we went along , making it a great experience,

Jason’s product knowledge proved invaluable in confirming our requirements with various suggestions and options.

This enabled a smooth process to reach our needs.

We had already looked online and had a pretty good idea what we were looking for, on entering the store we had plenty of time to look around before we were approached by any of the sales team. By this time we had pretty much decided on our purchase, the salesman was very helpful informative and the whole purchase was completed within 15 minutes

Jason gave us all the information we needed felt very satisfied with everything

Pina was excellent! I found the perfect sofa for me online but I wanted to see if they had the sofa in store so I can see the colour of it properly. After seeing it was not the best but it will do, I found out I was able to change the colour of the fabric which I never knew this sofa was aloud as I wasn’t able to change the colours online which was a extra bonus and thankful for the store and Pina for making me aware, Pina made me all aware about how to keep my sofa in good condition and what to do when my sofa arrives her customer service was spot on she was aware of my tight budget that I was on, she did not force me into anything extra adding etc but she made me aware of the advantages of it but it was entirely my own decision which I found very polite as some people can try and push it on you just to make a extra buck. And she was able help me secure my new sofa and even better a better colour and fabric for the sofa I wanted I couldn’t thank her enough! Top marks!

It’s great to be with dfs . Staff members was very polite and friendly. I was explained every detail about the items and the staff was very helpful.
