Good service and happily to explain and help

The man was very helpful in explains all the different options and specifications

Tas was very fun and helped us a lot with looking at different sofas and the best ones we could choose she was very kind aswell

The staff was helpful, we was just browsing for a sofa and they helped us choose the right for us. Ali was helpful finalising everything.

Visited the store on the morning on July 15th and both members of staff (didn't get their names) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me pick my sofa. I ended up buying it online simply because I couldn't decide on what colour at the time but they very much helped lock it all in for me so huge thanks to both.

Ordered on the 9th February 2022 and still not received sofa by 13 July 2022.

Material was out of stock - they were having difficulty getting it - when I ordered and it still was not back in stock on 1st June 2022.

Was mentioned by the store manager that I would be offered between 0% - 100% of the delivery charge (£69) as a gesture of good will (which was very disappointing)

They should not have material swatches on the shop floor - or add a notice that delivery will be delayed - when they're out of stock.

Great experience very polite and helpful professional staff able to complete transaction with no problem

I had a very pleasant experience; Lauren - the DFS salesperson - was very helpful, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. In short, she did a wonderful job.

I had gone into a DFS store and had a look around at the sofas, a sales rep came over to ask if they could help I explained what I had in mind .they were very helpful and very informative about styles and functionality of the sofas. I was very pleased with the purchase I had made.
