Just easy, stress free (even when shopping for a sofa with a 3 year old) Sam was engaging knowledgeable and patient. Second sofa brought from the same dfs honestly couldn’t have been easier. The customer focused approach was 100%

We spoke to sam in the Warrington…
We spoke to sam in tbe Warrington branch. She was really helpful shown us different options ..talked through the process didnt force upsells on us.
No sales reps jumped on us ( i dont like that ) the staff let us browse untill we approached them

On our arrival we were greeted straight away. We were advised to have a good look around, if we needed help to ask. Having looked at a number of sofas. We were unsure of what would fit. On asking, Darren/Dan he took the time to listen to what we wanted. Helped with measurements. Finally settling on the sofa we wanted.Very friendly, knowledgeable service.
