We had an amazing experience at dfs Watford, we were greeted by George. Months before our actual purchase we went in to have a look around and he was so patient with us, we ended up going back as he was so helpful, with the whole purchasing process he explained everything step by step and guided us to help us make the best decision for our home with what design we like and what they have to offer. The other staff there was also very kind and helpful unfortunately I didn’t catch the lady’s name but overall it was a delightful experience buying our sofa.

Today we purchased a sofa set from DFS and we were genuinely very happy with the whole experience. From the moment we walked into the store, the staff were friendly, professional, and not pushy at all.

They took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the best option for our needs. The whole process felt smooth and relaxed, and we really appreciated how attentive and helpful everyone was.

Excellent customer service like this truly stands out. We would definitely recommend DFS to others!

Del boy was amazing. He was so kind and funny to chat to and made the experience of buying my first sofa really enjoyable. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions. I am now so excited to move into my first home with my boyfriend and our new Patterdale cream sofa.
