Wonderful customer service! We were greeted at the doors by the lovely store manager! And after walking around and finding our perfect sofa we were given so much needed information before buying!

We had brilliant service at DFS store in White City Ayesha provided us with an absolutely fantastic service, making sure we had all the information that we needed in order to purchase our sofas. I also had to make some amendments to the sofas which was done seamlessly by Ayesha.

Great experience from start to finish. Really helpful staff in the show room, talked me through a payment plan and sofa maintenance.
The sofa was ready in 5 weeks, arrived on time and they had three workmen deliver and assemble it, who were so polite and professional. Also my new sofa looks great and is so comfy!

I recently purchased a sofa, the service in the shop was excellent the staff were brilliant and the review would be 5 star if it wasn't for your internet being so slow, the staff said the computer is always slow,I think you should look into this as my time is precious to me. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the purchase to be completed.

What a positive experience! The sales staff were informative and professional, helping me through the decision making process by explaining all my options and facilitating my requirements. I had been to many other furniture stores before DFS and I can honestly that it beat all of them on price, options and service.

Our customer service helper Aiesha was amazing at explaining all of the steps and processes. Very friendly and a delight and we received great assistance.

I visited DFS White City in early July with my husband and my young daughter as we are looking for a sofa. Our advisor SAMIR was remarkably nice and helpful. He explained in details about our options, different styles, materials, etc. He also helped us by looking at our floor plan and gave suggestions on what type of sofa would suit us best. We eventually bought a sofa that day which we were greatly satisfied with.

We truly appreciated SAMIR's help on that day. He even sent me a follow-up email recently regarding my purchase. Highly recommend DFS. Other staff are excellent as well.

Most expensive delivery I’ve ever paid and incomplete

Very helpful, nice and gave good suggestions

It took a while before an Advisor attended to me. There were 2 Advisors on the shop floor, 1 was completing a sale and the other was engaged in an extremely long conversation with a customer who eventually left the store without purchasing anything. I requested to speak to the Manager, who duly attended and expertly assisted in taking my order. The manager in question was a gentleman named Yohannes, who was extremely polite, provided all the information needed. He is a credit to DFS.

The person helping was very useful and went above an beyond to help us.
