Samir was very friendly in store, and he was patient and helpful while we made our selection. He was able to give us a lot of information and detail about the various products.

My partner and I visited the White City store in Westfield on Sunday 21st October around midday. We were served by a man (who’s name we unfortunately can’t remember) because he was incredible. Not only did he have great product knowledge but he was extremely kind and patient with us. We particularly loved that he didn’t over sell the products just answer the questions we had give us the details that we needed. We sat and had a long chat about life which made the experience so much nicer.

This is mine and my fiancés first large house purchase and so we were so happy when we left.

The manager came over later to help towards the contract. He too was really friendly and so we would highly recommend the store, experience and customer service! Major props to this team 👍🏻

Unprofessional and awful service
Part of my delivery is missing a sturado shelving unit and it has been more than 10 days chasing them but no answer and no even apology! Very disappointed and very bad experience with DFS!

I never thought I will enjoy furniture shopping in my entire life but today I have been proved wrong.
The DFS colleagues made us, me and my mother feel comfortable as we were sitting in our front living room having cup of tea, as we placed a massive order.
