Had Claire from Walsall around today to groom our three dogs. We are extremely happy with the service! What a fabulous groomer Claire is! Our dogs were so relaxed and she did a wonderful job with them. Highly recommended and we are now customers for life. Thanks so much Claire you are amazing!

Julie has groomed Barney, our beautiful sprocker, a few times now and does a fantastic job. She always takes her time and gives Barney the works, which he thoroughly enjoys, and he always looks fantastic when she's finished. Great value for money, particularly considering the added convenience of a mobile service.

Disgraceful customer service from Dial a dog wash Dunfermline franchise! Alan turned up on Friday afternoon to groom two of my Springers. I’d used him just once before after my last groomer had moved to Aberdeen. I wasn’t keen on the way Alan had dried them the first time, leaving them looking like fluffy puff balls. I asked him this time for a smoother blow dry. His exact words to me were: “ I only dry the dogs one way. You’re too fussy. I’ll just leave and not bother grooming them at all.” And off he walked!!!
I then phoned Shona his wife, who took my booking, to complain about his rude customer service, and no surprise there was no answer, so I left a message. 48 hours later and still no reply with apology. Please - do not book this very rude couple to groom your dogs!

My dog (Bear) is a shar pei cross alsation she is a massive fluff ball and moults constantly.. like the amount of lint rollers I got through could easily bankrupt me. Becky however has done such an amazing job with Bear! Her coat feels so much healthier and you can tell Bear is happier having some pampering. Becky is an absolute superstar! Strongly recommend. I already have Bear booked in twice for this year. Thank you again xx

I person will no be using this business again . I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star u wouldn’t rate it at all .
I had my dog groom today . Personally sent a photo to show what cut we like to have on our dog .
For him to come back to me looking like he’s been hacked away at .
Shaved his tail off . Shaved ears in patches . Meant to have a round head but it definitely not . Mind I have said personally when she collected that I want my dog ears and tail long as he’s a shih tzu.
But nope he looks terrible .. 100% done an absolute shocking job.
And there is no way another dog groomer could save his coat , only for me to have to wait and grow it all back now .
His tail is going to take months to regrow back 😭

DO NOT use this company, they are extremely poor. The groomer who works in the Stoke On Trent area, Diane Caddy is really poor, distresses your dog and she doesn’t wash them properly. Diane spent just 15 minutes grooming my small dog, when my dog came back in, she was soaking wet and was still very smelly. She also cut one of her nails far too short and made her bleed. My dog was extremely distressed and was barking for a period time, this is unlike my dog as she rarely barks, she was also sick. When I contacted Diane to advise I was not happy, she disregarded what I had to say and refused to return my money, so basically I paid her for nothing and now I need to get another groomer in to wash my dog properly. I complained to Dial a dog Head Office and got a really poor response from the Managing Director, he just fobbed me off and said I need to take it up with Diane. This company are disgraceful, please don’t trust them with your pets.

Claire is amazing, keeps my dog Vinnie calm and happy while he has his wash and dry. Always a pleasure to deal with her.

So happy with this groom. Our Fox Terrier is very nervous and gets stressed with grooming but Mike and Julie from DDW Warrington we’re brilliant with him .. definitely recommend 😊

Our 5 month old Golden Retriever Cooper had his first groom today with Natalie and she was absolutely brilliant with him.
He gets nervous of new sounds and she reassured and cuddled him throughout. I can not believe she managed to trim his feet and do his nails without him fussing, he really trusted her.
He looks amazing, feels soft and smells incredible.
Really pleased with this home service, will definitely be recommending Natalie to our friends, it is clear she loves dogs and knows what she is doing. What an asset to your brand.

HALF STAR IS MORE ACCURATE. Contacted the company on numerous occasions and got nothing in response, as a last resort I contacted them via social media, and hey presto a reply asking what type of dog and what area and what day I prefer and they will check their diary, I sent the details and got no response. I am a returning customer, at my old address my dialadogwash-staffordshire groomer was named Donna, and she was phenomenal, an absolute pleasure to know, her service was impeccable. I'm beginning to wonder if dialadogwash-crewe actually exist???

Terry and his team (North Herts) are brilliant! Trustworthy and reliable. They are dog people which always helps!
Terry knows each dog comes with their own personality and he moulds to this, our dogs also have their own challenges and he adapts to their needs whilst putting them at complete ease (which isn’t an easy task when we have 4 bullys!) I have complete confidence when they are in his care.
It shows in our fur babies how great they feel after a good clean which is lovely to see. Would highly recommend Terry and his team!

Awful my dog had a full groom today (no clipping as he’s a doberman) and has been handed over covered in blood underneath his neck, and chucks out of his ears. No tools used apparently

Suzy looked after my two girls Sooty and Sweep with such beautiful care and attention. They looked stunning when she had finished grooming them.
Always on time. They look forward to seeing her too.
Highly recommend her.

Rebecca certainly knew what I wanted with Meg.....she now looks like a puppy again! Rebecca was bang on time and with it being her 1st time shaving Meg I invited her to meet her. Rebecca was great with Meg even though Meg was a little reluctant to go with her to the van.....I think she must have remembered the van from the last time she was in it!! Well done Rebecca! 👏

I love to support small businesses and have stuck with my franchisees for a couple of years. Despite having appointments being cancelled because it’s too hot, too cold, and them changing areas. But today was the limit. They cancelled last appointment and could fit me in for another 6 weeks. Having waited for them they’ve cancelled again.
Their grooms are great but don’t expect reliability.

It's a franchise so each person is different but I live in bacup and use Carly. I can not vouch for the others but Carly is amazing. My dogs are large and nervous and she did an amazing job.

Used this company for years, and I mean at least 13 years.
The lady in our area sold her business, she was absolutely brilliant, very caring, passionate about the pets, professional etc.
She sold her business in 2021.
Since then the service has been dismal. Often no shows, not even a text to say why . I tried to call head office but that’s equally as bad. It’s probably easier getting through to the afterlife.
Will NOT be using these again.
I’ve found a local place which takes big dogs. Granted it’s less convenient having to take my dogs there, but at least they are professional & run their business like a business!!!
I have zero idea how these franchisees expect to make a living if they can’t even be bothered to put any effort in.
Head office, equates to the same. Unprofessional & don’t deserve to call themselves a business.
