Best dog groomer ever! So patient and takes so much care of my little Frenchie Tyson, absolutely amazing nothing bad to say about her always looks after all her dogs with the most time and patience x

Dial A Dog Wash Burscough have been awesome for us. We have 2 large dogs, one of which is an awkward Chow Chow, which have put groomers off in the past. They are patient with our dogs and have built up a rapport with them over time that makes getting them groomed stress free. Gary and Josie are very nice too.

We wouldn't go anywhere else to get our dogs groomed.

Horrified by Suzi in South Birmingham. I could hear my dog crying like I’ve never heard him before. Tried to make her open the van to see what was happening but she wouldn’t open it. It was horrendous. Heaven knows what she was doing to him.
Terrible. Avoid at all costs

Richard groomed our very energetic shitzu cross this morning in lincoln he won her round very quickly he has a lovely way with dogs very patient and very understanding of them

I have had some terrible experiences with groomers in the past then we found Dial a dog wash Burscough and have never been happier. Gary and Josie are the best they are not only lovely people but they give A* service from great communication to a gorgeous groom Ronnie has never looked so good

Josie and Gary are absolutely priceless. They're lovely, genuine people who have a real affinity with dogs. They're well organised, reliable and are great communicators. They take time to build great relationships with the dogs they groom, and their work is always of a really high standard
We have 6 rescue dogs; One Malamute and 5 Bretons, and they all adore both Josie and Gary. Not sure what we'd do without them!

I am so glad that we found DADW Burscough. Josie and Gary are the nicest people. My two rescue dogs can be so difficult, one is frightened of her own shadow and the other one is very temperamental!! We couldn’t believe how they instantly won them both round, we’ve never seen it happen before. They are true dog lovers and I’d recommend them to anyone, but especially to people with nervous dogs. Taking them to the groomers used to feel like a date that I dreaded on the calendar, but DADW Burscough have taken all the pain out. Lovely cut on the cavalier too ☺️

I could not recommend Gary and Josie at DADW Burscough enough. Gary’s patience and perseverance to groom Our Bichon Mac was outstanding. We are very aware of how hard Mac can be he’s such an anxious dog who has had many unsuccessful grooms at numerous places, but Gary welcomed the challenge and the results are fantastic. Excellent communication, friendly and brilliant at their job!! Thank you so much we can not wait for Macs next appointment!

Really great grooms from Josie and Gary, my dog is very nervous about getting groomed but always gets reassured and well looked after.

Lorna and team have been coming to me for ver a year now.
We have a beagle with no recall, and now we can open the door and he runs to the van for a grooming session so excited. He loves them both. Cant recommend them highly enough, and all on your doorstep!

Dial A Dog Wash Burscough are fabulous groomers, I wouldn’t use any other, I have a tiny Yorkshire terrier and a standard Yorkshire terrier and they come to my home park up outside plug into our electric and take both of them as they are inseparable, there knowledge and information and advise also about dogs is impeccable. From the first groom they calmed them both immediately. They have short hair for the hot weather and a bit of length in the winter perfect cuts for Yorkshire terriers.
I won’t have anyone else and there prices are very reasonable.

My dogs are my fur babies and having recently moved to the area. Finding someone who I could trust to have my dogs and groom them was something I was dreading. But I was recommended DADW from a local neighbour, and they haven’t disappointed! Flexible, accommodating, trustworthy, professional and clearly dog lovers themselves. They spent time with my dogs, made a fuss of them and nothing is too much trouble. Reasonably priced with the convenience of coming to the house which is great for me working from home. My dogs love them and so do I. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended.

Gary and josie are by far the best dog groomers about, I have just got a new dog XL and they were amazing and clipped her nails as an introductory and she was made to feel loved and cared for!! My Hank gets a regular groom and loves it! He is a handful and they make his groom look easy 🤣🤣 won’t use anyone else. Best by far thanks guys

We’ve tried so many groomers for our golden retriever but so glad we’ve found Josie and Gary! Our dog was petrified of groomers before but with each appointment she has come back less and less stressed. We used to wash our terrier ourselves but now she gets a wash and her nails done too with them. We can’t recommend this lovely, friendly, professional couple enough!

Gary and Josie are amazing dog groomers with such a passion and love of dogs. Professional set up, come to your own home, park up outside and return your dog looking and smelling beautiful. I wouldn’t have anyone else grooming my dog and she loves them both. I would highly recommend Dial a wash to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolute 5 stars all round for everything. I've had years of trouble trying to find a groomer for my dog Ollie, but we've had nothing but problems and nasty comments from previous companies - telling me me put my dog down because he doesn't like being groomed etc. This lovely woman found me and asked me to bring my Ollie to her instead and it's the best decision I ever made. He is a lot less stressed and actually loves going to be groomed now. He's a completely different dog and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, reliable and fairly priced. My dog is really anxious around strangers especially men and with being a large breed this put some groomers off. Josie and Gary have worked wonders with her and she’s now much more confident and I feel a lot more relaxed when she is groomed. She always smells amazing afterwards and her coat feels so soft and it lasts weeks. I couldn’t recommend DADW Burscough enough, we’d never go anywhere else.

I have been looking everywhere for trusted dog groomers that would take the time with my husky and wasn't scared of how big he is and how vocal he can be. And you are the best and he smells and looks amazing. So thank you
