Recently bought a 2018 Rolex Submariner Bluesy, they told me before posting that they would send me a 2019 date instead which was great! Watch turned up quickly in immaculate condition with box and papers and customer service was great. Would highly recommended

Fun purchase
Really easy to deal with and accommodating. Prices very good and one of the few places to offer finance in the pre-owned market. Watch arrived day after purchase and exactly as described.

Sourced a Rootbeer for me, the entire process from contact to me receiving the watch was just days !

Excellent Service
I am very new to Rolex watches but knew exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want a new model as I was after 26” Datejust and I am not so keen on the new ladies designs. However, buying a secondhand Rolex obviously has all sorts of pitfalls especially for a novice!
I came across Diamond Brothers and was so pleased I did. Charlie guided me through the process without being patronizing with my lack of knowledge, always so kind and patient, especially as I had a bit of a health hiccup during the buying process. Again, he dealt with me so kindly and held the watch I had chosen until I was well enough to collect. Well, that day arrived to day and the watch was as beautiful as I imagined. Thank you Charlie. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you and I would not hesitate in recommending Diamond Brothers to friends and family. Excellent service. Thank you Charlie.

bsolute first class service I couldn’t fault these pair both professional efficient and the quality of service was 10/10 after speaking with another jeweller in the arcade and them both providing me with the information required I messaged these guys sourced me the watch in a few days travelled from Birmingham and they were flawless with their knowledge and service

Great customer service
Ben and Charlie both helped work with the budget I had and managed to get the most beautiful Rolex Datejust for me they added the extra links I needed at no extra cost and supplied and fitted the diamond bezel I wanted for a reasonable price would highly recommend using this company to buy ur watch from. I will definitely be back again
