Can’t complain about a fun way to tell someone off. Fun gift that is great for a few laughs and pictures. Chocolate was pretty great too. Make sure if you are buying these for an gift that they are stored out of sunlight or maybe even in the fridge. The customer service and responsiveness is top notch.

Ordered one of their products from their website not realizing my browser auto-corrected my billing address instead of the desired shipping addressed.

I’ve done this once before. It’s hysterical! And this time I screwed up and mailed to myself. But thankfully Richard was right on it. And my package is on its way to the right address anonymously. Can’t wait to hear them talk about it. Lots of laughs will be had!

Excellent service. I accidentally put the shipping adress to myself. So I emailed them and they are changing the shipping adress for me ; )

Very poor service and emails go unanswered. They were willing to send multiple shipments to a person at their work - even though it is against their policy. they are encouraging harassment and are not concerned who they send their products too. If a sender breaks Dick's by Mail's rules, that sender's information should be made available - bullying and mean people suck. please don't encourage them to continue.

So like an idiot, I placed an order but forgot to double check the address of the recipient (the intended was someone I've sent a satchel of Richards to before), and inadvertently addressed a box of chocolate starfish to myself. Fortunately though, I caught my mistake right away and asked if the order could be sent to my special friend. In a welcome turn of events, not only did my friend get to eat ass, so did I (I also got a box of brown eyes too). Well-played, Dick Richards, well-played.
