We meet a staff member named Craig in killarney shop who was so helpful and pleasent the first time we meet
which made us return. 2nd time around same again and Daniel the manager also did everything in his power to explain and answer any questions we had. Great staff and on top of everything. Overall top quality experience. Made us feel secure and comfortable during our purchase.

I’ve just got the ninja multicooker in The Killarney store and was served by Ian, lovely man who really knows what’s customer service about! Myself I’m working in customer service as well and I was impressed by Ian, he was just telling me things I need to know about collection and everything that I wouldn’t have thought of asking! I was dealing with a staff member named Ian who was not only helpful & extremely pleasant to deal with but very knowledgeable on the product i was interested in, to which I purchased based on his input.

I bought an item in the store on 15/5. Ian was really helpful and knowledgeable; a calm, ‘no pressure’ man. Really rare in retail nowadays. Lovely shop, great selection.
