Very good customer service

Really friendly staff with lots of time to give

Felt extremely pestered and tormented by staff. They just kept jumping on me as I browsed the shop. I know they probably just wanted to be seen as busy, especially under the intense scrutiny their manager had on them. Not a pleasant experience. I just grabbed batteries and left and the cashier even had the audacity to ask me to leave a five star review. I’ll be shopping online from now on.

I'm very happy with the Customer service (Ian) and overall shopping experience. My Husband loves his morning coffee from the coffee machine purchased in the store. Keep up the good work and see you again. Order S026-1132964

I came into the store not really sure what could solve my problems and Ian and his colleague were very helpful finding the right product for me, double checking the back to see if they had other options I could choose from even though it was 10 min before closing time. It was my first time at the store since it opened and it clean bright and the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable

Came in to buy a shaver, didn’t know which one to get, Brian went through the difference between the products, very informative. Bought the product and love it.

I went into DID electrical in Killarney to buy a new Hoover and Daniel assisted in finding the best one for my needs. The customer service was very good, I would recommend for anyone looking to buy household items.

I went to Killarney branch of DID today. I wanted to have a look at security cameras. I met Ian, who was very helpful and gave me the information I needed. As a result I have bought a camera. Great to have a DID branch in Killarney. Many years ago I bought all my home appliances at DID Dublin, when I was moving to a new house in Kerry. Great service then and still great service decades later. Thank you Ian.

Great experiences to shops in DID, First time I bought a gift for myself and it’s from DID , Ziaul was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Very kind of him with excellent customer service . I rewards myself  airpod 4 with noise cancellation's with his strong recommendations . I m absolutely thrilled and enjoying with airpods.
