Super customer service from Shane in Malahide Rd

From the moment I contacted the shop up to the day I collected my purchase i was well looked after.

Yes, the service was good, however my order was held in the system for a day and I had to go to the store to ask if they had the product in stock for pickup. Apart from that, everything went well.

Shane in Artane was a pleasure to deal with and had a strong knowledge of the products I was looking for.

Great service and friendly staff staff member jason was very helpful and very nice to talk to 100% i couldnt have asked for more and we were very pleased with the products we bought brilliant

Called to your store in Malahide Road Artane this morning to purchase a dishwasher. The staff member, Shane, spent time with both myself and my husband to explain the various appliances to us. We found him very helpful and courteous and would have no problem with doing business with him again.

Nathalia in DID electrical was so helpful. She advised me on air fryers and washing machines. DID are considerate about the environment, as even when not buying something they have a bin outside for free cycle / disposal of small electrical items. I only stopped by for to drop a broken iron but left with the perfect air fryer.

DID provide an excellent sales and delivery service. A good selection of appliances on display. Our sales assistant Shane of the malahide Road branch was very helpful.
