Excellent service

Excellent service. Ordered one evening and arrived the next.
I didn’t get a tracking number so I emailed them. They phoned me back straight away and sent me the tracking number.
Will definitely use again.

Cannot fault the customer service

Cannot fault the customer service. I’ve never experienced better. Great communication, so helpful, efficient, professional and yet still friendly and amiable. Will definitely use Digitalis again. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Had a few issues trying to figure out


Had a few issues trying to figure out my new record player and Peter couldn’t have been more helpful . He let me send it back so he could inspect it and kept me in the loop. Highly recommend!

Faulty turntable

Had a faulty turntable I bought about 18 months ago. Peter at Digitalis took all the details and promised to call me back later in the day. True to his word he called and advised he hoped to send a replacement and would confirm in the morning. Again as promised he called to let me know the replacement turntable was on its way. Superb first class service..could not be better.

Great customer service

Ordered a turntable and speakers via Amazon. Had a problem with a hinge . Amazon didn't seem to have a facility to raise a query. Spoke to Peter at the supplier. He identified the issue and sent replacement by return. All good now. Very impressed by excellent customer service. Thank you!

Superb service, as I ordered around 15:00 on Tiesday and got the product (a very effective Pro-ject record and stylus cleaner set) on Wednesday at around noon.
