Everything arrived as expected, when expected and in perfect condition. Ordering was easy. Even the out of box items that I purchased were as advertised. I have already ordered more items from DipNdive and anticipate placing more orders in the future.

Need to train customer service better.
I needed to return an item from my order. It was generally smooth. I wanted to use their prepaid label option, so I called customer service. I was told that was not available for my order for some reason. So I paid for shipping locally. Then the next day I received an email from them with their prepaid label ready for printing. Silly. I wouldn't have bought my own if they had correctly told me they were sending me a label.
