very efficient, warm and courtious staff

Joanna made the my visit to you a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble, she showed me a range of products, before I chose a lovely Georg Jensen bangle, which was then beautifully gift wrapped. All in all a great experience..

Always receive a warm professional service. Care is taken to explain process and cost and communication is good whilst waiting for repairs. Have bought many items over the years and prefer to support local, family run businesses who differentiate from the more cold, corporate offering elsewhere.

All members of staff are helpful, professional and friendly. They go above and beyond which is why I have and will always remain a customer.

We visited Dipples today while searching for wedding bands for our upcoming wedding, and had such a lovely experience. John Pearce was an absolute pleasure to deal with – friendly, informative, and clearly very passionate about what he does. His knowledge really stood out and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

We’ve now purchased our rings and are so excited to pick them up soon. Thank you for such a special experience!

Lovely independent jewellers. Lynn was really patient and informative. Gave us plenty of time and advice, not pushy at all, helping us to come to the right decision.

I originally contacted Dibbles jewellers using the online chat service. Chris got back to me by email very promptly and answering all of my questions & Ebony confirmed delivery by email the following morning.

I placed an online order that evening and both emailed and rang the Norwich shop the following morning to ensure the delivery process that I needed.

The item was sent by special delivery as a high value item and was extremely well packaged just as I had hoped for; accompanied by all the original packaging and receipts.

i would have no hesitation in recommending and using Dibbles jewellers again. The entire process from start to finish was exemplary and I am in love with my new FOPE gold necklace. Thank you so much guys. I will be back!

I went in to ask about a repair on a necklace. Granted it wasn't an expensive necklace, but it had a sentimental value. The lady went out the back to ask someone and returned saying the necklace could not be repaired as it is too fine. No smiles or anything - felt like I was being looked down on. I asked if she was saying they could not do it, or it could not be done. And she just flatly said, it could not be done. Luckily I didn't believe her so I went somewhere else and got it repaired. I have purchased from Dipples before and have had things bought for me from there. I won't be going back. I was in Beaverbrooks over Christmas buying an expensive watch and the snacks, beer, cakes Prosecco were flowing while we were treated like royalty. I will be getting my pieces from that type of place in the future!

Visited Dipples as my mum had lost her engagement ring. She had the ring for over 60 years! The assistant was extremely helpful and patient bringing out a choice of rings for her to try on. Mum purchased a lovely diamond ring that matched beautifully with her existing wedding ring.

Helpful without being pushy.

Some good old fashioned customer care from Dipples today. Thank you to John Pearce, who resized my wife’s watch whilst I waited, and gave some very good free advice too!

Staff are very attentive and go out of there way to help you find the perfect piece for you.

We always feel welcome and John is always great to deal with. Professional and friendly.

I was invited to the VIP event recently. Lynn Smith arranged our timings for arrival.

We were well looked after during the evening. My wife found something that she very much liked and Lynn helped her in supporting her decision in terms of style and how the jewellery could be worn (more than one option).

When it came to the purchase, Lynn managed all of the documentation (a little different given the VIP event), and identified the best presentation box for the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble.

The personal touch from the premier independent Jeweller in Norwich (in my opinion); why go anywhere else.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I was given a repair price only for it to be doubled when it was time to collect. I will be discouraging everyone I know from using Dipple's in the future.

I always get very good 5 star service and having been in the trade for 45 years it is lovely to be on the receiving end. I have also known John for 20 years as we were part of the original staff when Fraser Hart opened..
