im expecting a time sensetive delivery that requires cold storage. the tracking shows it was recieved by this hub at 7am this morning (this is also the hub that services my area). they did not send it out for delivery. i called up at 11 am to be told "its been sent to the wrong hub we should deliver tomorrow." despite the tracking showing exactly where it is (the correct hub.)

Little Lee was fab, we have a very long thin drive and he managed to get down to us without problems. He was very kind, friendly and efficient.

Getting fed up now of booked collections not been collected, no discounts, refunds on missed collections, why pay a premium for next day deliveries for them not to be delivered.

Cannot track parcels as drivers log it as attempted when no attempt was made
Delivered to wrong address multiple times
Appalling customer service
No attempts to rectify, justify, explain or empathise with the customer due to ineffective management on their end.
Can agree with other reviews which point out the disgusting approach to 'customer service' which is a repulsive representation of the company.
It's 2024, ain't gonna be hard to find a different courier service which actually performs.
