Fantastic customer service as ever by Clare, always friendly and never pushy, would highly recommend!

Visited the Walsall branch several weeks ago and was attended to by a lady called Clare and I just was blown away by her customer service helping me to find the most suitable pair of glasses for my dad . She went above and beyond to help me she really is an asset to this branch . It’s so uplifting to have such an excellent service I honestly cannot thank her enough !

A friend recommended Direct specs to me when she realised how much I was paying for my prescription lenses. My first visit to Direct specs Walsall was tentative, more of a browse and price check. Clare was welcoming, informative and answered my many questions without frustration or pushing for a sale. I took the information, and returned two weeks later with designer frames to be fitted with prescription lenses. Clare again was professional, friendly and courteous whilst taking measurements etc., no hard sell to go for the most expensive options, she really meets your needs, gives options with pros and cons etc., Clare structures expectations in terms of timeframe and called within that timeframe to advise glasses were ready. I was relieved and impressed with how great the glasses looked, ( I was worried incase the frames got damaged) they were perfect. I would highly recommend this branch, a great experience from beginning to end. Thanks Claire.

The customer service by Clare at walsall is the best experience l have ever had,her knowledge and patience was excellent, with lots of good advise given.l had two pairs of glasses which came veŕy quickly so l was really pleased with that.Thanks Clare l will definitely use Direct Specs again. It sounds really corny what I'm going to say, but I can't praise Clare in the Walsall branch enough.
She is friendly, concise with information and ultra helpful.
The pricing was amazing, and the spectacles arrived way ahead of time.
I am very quick to moan about service, but now I need to go the other way and give praise where it's due.
I'll definitely be back to see Clare when I need another pair.

I went to direct specs to get my holiday sunglasses repaired, and the lady was so nice, professional with a super fast service as my glasses were repaired same day! I highly recommend this shop for Glasses repair, I will definitely be going back to get my prescription glasses repaired :)

Choice, value and excellent customer service. Regardless of the bottom of the range prices or top of the range the service is the same. I’ve used Walsall branch and the manager there is wonderful. Please give them a try!

Sorry a bit late got tied up how amazing is the lady at Walsall branch? I have 2 pairs readers & 1 set driving glasses, I'm over the moon with them.
I've recommended to work colleague who also ordered her glasses.
I still don't know lady's name, but very, very helpful. Will be back for some more!

I broke my £300 sun glasses I googled glasses repair found this shop. The lady was absolutely lovely customer service exceptional and they fixed my glasses 🤓.

Very long wait for my specs and no email to say what was going on
I had to call the company to chase.
Specs finally came and the anti glare coating very poor, i can see a bubble on the one lense....
