Very quick easy process to order glasses. Delivery was very prompt. Good quality product for the price. Very pleased with my purchase.

The guys at the Stafford branch were really informative and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, well done fellas.

I was finally told I needed varifocals and wanted to keep a favourite frame, so shopped around for the best value for reglazing. The price difference between others and Direct Specs was significant, but, having received them today (7 October 2023), it doesn't feel like the cheapest option at all. Great communication throughout really helped, too, so I knew when my order had left the lab and roughly when to expect it.

spectacles are very good value for money.

Set up for prescription lenses was easy to do. Arrived sooner than I thought and very competitively priced. Will be ordering another pair soon.

Choice, value and excellent customer service. Regardless of the bottom of the range prices or top of the range the service is the same. I’ve used Walsall branch and the manager there is wonderful. Please give them a try!

Easy ordering system, thorough description of process. Specs fit very well and vision perfect, as good as glasses which cost very much more.

My frame got broken and a lens fell out. I took it in to Direct Specs and they were very helpful. With the minimum of fuss, the frame was replaced. The male member of staff, who was most understanding, ensured I left with everything back to normal.

Called in today after breaking my frame, and the lady in store sorted them out for me, also ordered a new pair at great value, sometimes it's not always about prices, when you get excellent service.
