Prompt and friendly service

Not worked properly since we had it
.tried to get them out to repair to find out there an £80 call out charge..alot of money for a pensioner..

Very helpful and efficient, ordered chair on the Friday and it was delivered and installed on the Monday.

I purchased my moblity scooter from Discount Moblity and I have to say how pleased I am with it. A very nice team to deal with.

The experience of acquiring my new scooter went very smoothly. Raising the finance was straightforward with the highlight of the transaction being the delivery of my scooter by Andrew. I chose to have the scooter assembled, up and running which I would recommend for those with impaired mobility. Andrew was extremely approachable on all matters concerning the scooter and showed good awareness to disability issues. A very good purchasing experience.

I would just like to thank you for an excellent product and your outstanding service.
We decided to order a riser chair to help my elderly Dad get into and out of the chair more easily. The website was very easy to use and the chair turned up a few days later with a very pleasant man to install it. The man could not have been more helpful and even gave my Dad a 15 minute chat about how to get the best out of the chair.
The chair has made my Dad's life a lot easier and he refers to it as his "first-class cabin".
So thanks again for making everything so straightforward.

Delivered quickly and efficiently a very good product at a good price

This chair was purchased for my elderly mum. The chair is comfortable and my mum loves it. The problem was with the courier they use for delivery, it was sent with one man who couldn't safely get it into house. He took it away again and said it would be rescheduled for a two man delivery. This did not happen and after being asked for a review, I had to tell the chair company I had not yet received the item. The company got back to tell me their courier TNT does not do two man deliveries in my area. The company then offered to deliver it themselves, but of course it cost more money. It wasn't a great amount and they only charged half their usual rate, but it did push up the cost overall to my mum. My advice is to have clarification on whether you live in a two man delivery area before purchasing any items as it could cost you more than you thought.

Company dealt with my order with no problems but there was a lack of communication relating purchase and delivery. although the gentleman that delivered the item was very polite and knew his job/

Easy to order, delivery was easy and when promised only down side is when you place the order there is no delivery date, they call you to organise this later and are great over the phone.

I had a very difficult conversation with someone when I called, who refused to give me their name or the Customer Services Managers name so I could write to them.
I was ultimately given the general customer contact email, to which I wrote a very clear letter of complaint on the 24th August and as yet have still not received a reply, not even an acknowledgement, and it now being the 14th September.
My original phone call was about delivery, the information on the website said 5 days for an engineer delivery, which the person on the phone disputed. I ultimately found conflicting information on the website, and drew this to your attention within the formal complaint email, but sadly you have chosen to ignore it.
