Amazing support team.

Amazing supplements, unfortunately I had a dealing with my parcel being lost in delivery, but support quickly fixed that and sent one back out next day delivery!! Couldn't have asked for a better support team and company. Will be buying again 100%

Hi Ronnie,
thank you for your review and order. The purchase was made on Wednesday 20th May at 1:25am and placed on a next working day service.

We promptly sent out the order the same day with DPD and a delivery attempt was made at the shipping address provided on Thursday 21st May at 10:29am.

There was no answer and so DPD sent the order to a pick up shop for you to collect at a convenient time.

The package was left at the pick up shop for over a week with no collection and therefore the order is now on its way back to us.

It looks as though a refund has been issued as the matter has now been resolved through your communication with our customer support team.

Hi Steph,
thank you for your order and feedback.

I can see that you placed the order on Thursday at 5:45pm using a 2-4 working day service. We promptly sent out the order the next day Friday 22nd and so would expect a delivery attempt Tuesday/Wednesday the following week.

It looks as though a delivery was successfully completed on Wednesday 27th therfore within the 2-4 working days stipulated at the checkout.

Using Evri for delivery..

Using Evri for delivery... used to be very quick but took a few days for delivery. Evri then didn't even attempt to deliver to my property, instead they delivered to a neighbour (different one to the one I listed as a backup) where they had another delivery to a cut corner and save them time. Shame as used Discount Supplements for years and they are otherwise good but their choice of delivery agent now letting them down.

Hi Craig,
thank you for your order and feedback. I can see that you placed the order on Monday 18th and the order should have been shipped out by Tuesday but we were a little slow in getting the order out to you and so the order was delivered on the Friday, which was a day outside the advertised time frame and for this we are very sorry.

In terms of the Evri drivers behaviour I apologise if the package was not delivered accurately, we have used Evri since September and overall there performance has been satisfactory however every now and then you do get individuals that seem to not follow protocol.

We apologise for any inconvenience this purchase may have caused you.
