I would have given 5 stars as I had been very happy with the service and the price paid, as I'd received an email with a special offer. However just after receiving my order I got another email advertising a further price reduction, so I've spent £7 more per bag than I could have done. It's really annoying when companies do this.

Purchased Efectiv pump and Efectiv protein, not sure if it was the batch I received this time but seal on protein was loose but protein seemed ok, Efectiv Pump however was damp, clumpy and not very nice to drink, notified discount supplements and was advised to use a fork which I did and made no difference, will think twice about purchasing Efectiv supplements in future

Hi,
thank you for your order and review. Believe it or not this is actually pretty standard for a highly dosed pump product. When you combine a big dose of Citrulline with Glycerol (Efectiv use HydroPrime which is a more expensive form but does actually clump LESS), they create a chalky clumpy texture, even when no moisture has entered the tub. It's a nightmare for manufacturing and we do get complaints now and then but it's worth it for the effects of the product.
If you're happy to, please remove the silica sachet and mix back up with a fork. The powder will mix fine once added to water.
I know the product appears to have something wrong with it but it will be fine. Any problems please contact support@discount-supplements.co.uk
