thank you for your feedback and order, I am sorry to read that you have not received your purchase.

The box was left outside your door, which to be honest, does not look like a very safe place at all. I apologise for the delivery driver's actions on this ocassion.

It looks as though you have been in touch with customer service and a replacement order is on the van for delivery today with DPD . A delivery attempt should be made between the hours of 15:00- 16:00.

thank you for your order and feedback. I am terribly sorry to see the delay with the delivery on this occasion.

We sent the order out on Wednesday 29th April and would have expected a delivery attempt by Friday 1st May but it seems like we have both been let down by the carrier.

I have tracked the order and it looks like a delivery attempt was finally made today at 15:25. I hope you now have the goods in your possession.

thank you for your order and review. I can assure you the product will not have been open before we shipped the item and if it was damaged in anyway our team will have realised and not sent the product. We are an employee-owned company and so it will make no sense for our staff to send out an item knowingly damaged/faulty.

The damage will have happened during transit and so we would encourage customers to contact us through phone, live chat or email and provide us with an opportunity to resolve the matter before any feedback is submitted.

thank you for your order and feedback, i am sorry to hear that the order has not yet been delivered.

Your order was shipped out on Tuesday 28th April and we would have expected a delivery attempt by Thursday/Friday at the very latest.

It does not look as though there have been any scans in the network since Thursday. I can see that you ahve been in touch with our customer service team and we have asked the carrier to return the goods back to us and a refund has been initiated.

Outstanding service year after year

I’ve been using this company personally for many years now and I can honestly say I have never once been disappointed. Their pricing is fair, the quality is consistently excellent, and delivery has always been reliable.
They have been so good that I’ve now taken things a step further and started working with them as part of a project within my own workplace, bringing their outstanding service into what I do. Once again, they have exceeded expectations and not once have they let me down in any way.
