Fast and easy, not a scam :)
With the prices this might seem like a scam company but its not. I've dealt with a lot of different promo producers for various events and its always scary whether or not you'll get your items on time and they'll be what the picture shows. I have done a few orders with DiscountMugs. Cups turned out nice and now ordering tote bags. I haven't received my bag order yet but "Patrick" has been very fast and helpful with suggestions within my price range.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. I received my order and it was illegible. I was promised a new shipment would be sent out overnight in time for my event. Promises were not kept and my order did not arrive. My guests were left with no favors for a very important family event. I was then promised a refund within 2-3 business days. It currently has been 7 days and I am still waiting. I keep hearing "we're sorry" - I thought for a company like this would have better customer service. It has been a horrendous experience and I will never order from here again and advise everyone I know not to as well.

Hands down best experience ever
Hands down best experience ever! I learned that my deadline to get these to the event planner had been moved up and I panicked. While negotiating a deal, I was trying to order these bags, with little to no preparation. Wow! Patrick was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, shifted when I needed, making suggestions all along the way and never once making me feel like a bother with all my changes.
