I could not recommend Moo enough!

I could not recommend Moo enough! From an incredible customer service checking in after delivering a sample pack to regular updates about the progress on my business cards, the whole experience has been phenomenal.

As a small business owner, finding business cards that are affordable yet high quality is highly important - and Moo delivered on both accounts! My cards came out looking absolutely stunning, and exactly what I envisioned for them.

Incredible quality control and even better customer service

I recently ordered cards from MOO and I am blown away by their commitment to excellence. When my first pack arrived slightly off-center, their support representative, Ren, immediately caught the issue. They didn't just rush a reprint; they actually held the second batch because it didn’t meet their internal quality standards yet.

To make up for the delay, they even offered a generous $65 discount code for a separate expedited order. The final cards arrived beautifully and are exactly what I was hoping for. Patient, gracious and intentional about their craft. Highly recommend.

C'était mieux avant

Le service global est bien, néanmoins, j'avais commandé des cartes il y a 3 ans : le papier était très épais, carte arrivées dans une jolie petite boite.
J'ai repassé la même commande (reliure de couleur différente seulement) : le papier semble moins épais, et les cartes sont arrivées dans un petit carton.
Y'a eu une baisse de budget ?

Je suis désolée que votre dernière commande ne soit pas à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Nous n'avons pas modifié le papier Luxe depuis 2023, mais en raison du procédé utilisé pour presser les couches ensemble, il peut y avoir de légères variations d'épaisseur d'un lot à l'autre. Le grammage du papier reste toutefois de 600 g/m².

En ce qui concerne l'emballage, nous l'avons effectivement modifié afin de réduire notre empreinte carbone et de mieux nous aligner sur notre politique de développement durable. Nous réévaluons régulièrement nos emballages et de nouveaux projets sont en cours.

support not working.

i've been working with Moo for long time, but when it comes to support is absolutely impossible to deal with. they sent the 2 parcels with the same awb / id with the DHL and it got stuck in the local DHL. they don't respond to client or DHL to correct this situation. not responding to calls, not responding to email, not responding to tickets - 4 days wait now. we are at the situation when flyers were for an international expo and we can't use them.

Business Card Order Issue

There was an issue with my order of 200 business cards. The background on two separate batches of 100 were different in color due to me sending in RGB in lieu of CMYK, plus the logo was not straight. It angled down a bit.

I was worried Moo would fight me on this and say I would have to pay for the correction, but per the "MOO Promise", they made it easy to place a new order free of charge.

I was contacted by a "real" person who walked me through the process on how to resolve the issues and allowed me to send the new files directly to them for review and confirmation.

I will definitely be ordering with Moo again.

Great quality, great customer service

I have always enjoyed ordering business cards from Moo. Their quality is top notch. Plus, the one time I had concerns over the quality of the foil effects, they replaced my misprints for free and then some. All I had to do was submit one help request with pictures and ta-da! A credit was sent to my account to cover my misprints and then some. I appreciate that I didn't have to plead my case via multiple follow ups. They saw the problem and fixed it. Love Moo!

Amazing products and customer service

I had an amazing experience with Madison at Moo Print! The service was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly.

I’m really happy with how everything turned out—not just the final product, but also the clear and consistent communication throughout, which made a big difference.

I reached out to the customer service team with some issues about foil business cards, and Madison responded quickly with detailed print specs and a helpful explanation of potential challenges with foil printing. Thanks to that guidance, I was able to get everything just right—and the result looks fantastic. My client is thrilled too!

"MOO is one of the best printing Companies

"MOO is one of the best printing companies I have ever experienced. Working with a designer, I followed the guidelines for submitting a business card accordingly. The quality of printing for the business card was premium and top-notch, reflected not only in my own experience but also in the impressions of high-tier business clients, which is crucial during first business meetings. I used the "Gold Foil Business Cards", but unfortunately had some issues with delivery (not related to MOO). The team was very responsive and issued a re-order package, which was delivered above expectations. Cards itself were very good quality

Cards itself were very good quality, but some cards has white line on the bottom and right edges some cards has white line on the just right edge. Both were not appeared on preview so I think it caused by cutting. It's sad to give bad review for such a good quality products but poor finish.

Fantastic Service!

We had a printing challenge and Marc was incredible at addressing the issue and providing a very generous solution. As a start-up, every penny matters. As someone who has used Moo for several years and at several orgs, they continue to provide exceptional quality and exceptional service. Thank you Moo and thank you Marc!

Long time customer

Long time customer. Though I have to say that they have declined in quality and customer service. I don’t recommend using them as a service at this point in time. Perhaps their service and quality will improve just as quickly as they’ve diminished. I usually get positive feedback on their products from my customers though that has changed recently. The last few orders were not ideal. I stopped reaching out to Moo because the been a journey working with them has often been unpleasant. Most of the issues/concerns that we presented were always placed upon us. “Our fault” Never have they considered the possibility of their own potential error. That’s a real bummer.

Excellent Product & Customer Service

Kaley helped me so much. This was my first time making business cards and despite research and peer recommendations I had made a mistake! She was able to help me not only fix the mistake, but learn how to avoid it in the future.

Though they weren't how they were supposed to be, the cards I did receive were of *excellent* quality. You can upload your own design, they have beautiful templates, and their card quality simply cannot be beat. I recommend Moo so highly!!

They care about their customers!

Placed an order! There was a mistake on the card due to my own error! I contacted customer service explained what happened asked if I could get a discount or if they do anything to help customers in this type of situation and the reprinted my cards at no additional cost!! Same quality but with the corrected logo! I am blown away!

Great service and high quality…

Great service and high quality printing. I was pleased with my entire ordering process - this was my third time using Moo and I will continue using their services and recommend it to others as well. I feel relieved that this company is one that I can trust with confidence to consistently do a great job. Thanks Moo!

Moo management gets it spectacularly wrong

Ordered my business cards as per usual but this time Royal Mail left my Moo delivery in my rubbish bin. And that's where the fun began...

There's a very very clear photo of my delivery sitting in the large green wheelie rubbish outside my home on the Royal Mail website. I contacted Royal Mail customer service and they were shocked and said it shouldn't have been left there and no way would a rubbish bin be considered a "safe place" and the postmen are told explicitly not to leave any delivery in a bin.

The reasons for that should be obvious to any sentient human.

I then contacted Moo and asked them repeatedly to make sure they checked the delivery photo on the Royal Mail tracking website.

However, whilst the frontline customer service agent was trying to be as helpful as they could the Moo managers 1) were too dim to properly navigate the Royal Mail site and find the photograph (it takes one click on a large button in the middle of the screen). 2) told me that my item had been left in a "safe place". So not only was my item left in the bin (which was then emptied and I lost the item as I had no idea it was in there with the cat poo and the rotting vegetable peelings) I then had to deal with the very very stupid Moo managers.
After having been a Moo customer for over 8yrs I am now no longer a Moo customer.
Just a really really really bad customer service experience.
