Our Nationwide Shipping
Standard delivery within 3-5 working days
We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Diss provide the best non stick pans with a great service.
We ordered our non stick pan which was the size we thought, but discovered it was the smaller size! We phoned up Diss and they tracked down the bigger one, we returned the smaller one and as soon as they had received it they sent the larger one, we sent the difference in money. They couldn’t be more helpful and efficient so all went very smoothly.

Great service
Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn’t what I was expecting however this was no fault of yours. I then had to return the item which stated online would cost me 5.95. It was 15.95 so a lot to pay to not have a pan in the end. I wasn’t surprised but did think your website was a bit misleading.

Love this company
I have purchased numerous items from dissironworks from bowls and pans to an Aga Cooker. From my first order in 2020 and my latest (last week) the service has been exceptional. Buying online means you have to trust the supplier and I cannot fault this company. Often prices are much lower or there is a discount available which makes purchasing brands such as Le Creuset or Aga significantly cheaper than elsewhere. I am currently updating my pans and cookware and find that everything I need is available online and with next day delivery.

Better than the old pans!…
Our heavy aluminium pans were a strain on the wrist, slow to heat and nonstick degrading. The Aga set work great on our induction hob, easier to use with casserole handles and look great. Although pricy, we think good value.
