Communication with Divert has been excellent - they were patient whilst we moved locations, and were always on the phone or email checking in to see how things are going.

Big shout out to Mariem who is extremely helpful and always sticks to her word with resolutions/ updates /call backs. Get this lass a promotion sorted or treat her to a break away to somewhere exotic like Wakefield.

Excellent service initially from Josh to organise my collection, followed by prompt paperwork communication and excellent collection service. Large piece of furniture removed from inside my home very quickly and efficiently. A little on the expensive side but it would not deter me using them again and recommending them

Brilliant service from the two lads who emptied are bin today at Alfons Haar. Was very joyful and also gave me a hand moving a heavy product.

I cannot rate this company more highly. Not only did they remove a waterlogged carpet but also scraped all the underlay as well before disposing of everything quickly and neatly. 100/100

After a terrible experience with Biffa, Divert took over the contract for 2 sites. Divert haven't missed a beat, brilliant communication, service & pricing. Just totally hassle free.
