We needed a selection of items for our bathroom refit. DKB have a wide selection at excellent prices and the delivery was super fast.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, I had an issue ordering online as they had server issues, one quick telephone call, they immediately knew who I was and assured me the order had been received and was being processed, I received it two days later. I ordered Aviva soap dispensers and DKB were the best price by a mile. Fab service and I would highly recommend them and will certainly seek them out first for future products.

I ordered two expensive Impey Aqua-Dec wetroom formers and not only were they the best online price the service couldn't be better - helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and easy ordering online - ordered on the 31st August and delivered the morning of the 2nd September. There are a lot of poor quality bathroom suppliers out there and DKB are one of the best ones I've dealt with.

Bought 3 sink wastes. Had to return 1 but kept 2. Still charged me 30% restocking fee. Had to pay return postage (which I accept) but refund is now less than ½ what I paid. 30% restocking fee on £70 brass sink waste, so over £20 to amend stock level and put it back on the shelf. So the higher the cost of what you buy the more it costs to put it back on the shelf - work that one out! Go elsewhere!

Poor experience when wanting to return faulty goods. Basically no returns allowed. Told my towel ring should just be bent back into place when it arrived loose and not connected. Would not accept sending back to them. Poor service

Communication and customer service were excellent.

Debated using this company for supply of impey shower system. Good price compared to other sites but reviews in here lead me to doubt going for the cheaper price. However went with my gut and can say this was a 100% positive experience. Items arrived same week as ordering. No issues so far. Will use again. Thanks.

Ordered two shower foot rests for just under £70. Only one was received. When I queried this and provided photographic evidence (admittedly outside the requested time frame, but in the midst of a huge renovation and living off site) I was called a liar. I stated I would be happy to lodge a dispute with my bank and was promptly refunded the money. Then managed to source the same item on ebay for half the price. Customer service was absolutely shocking.

I have used this firm several times over last few weeks. Communication is excellent. Products arrived and great quality would highly recommend using this firm

Excellent, reassuring service throughout the transaction. Managed to secure a Carron Granite sink for me in the required timescale when numerous other suppliers I had tried could not. Would not hesitate to use this company for any further kitchen/bathroom improvements.

I'd read the other reviews so before I bought I phoned to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock ready to ship. It arrived in just a couple of days in perfect condition. So, maybe check they've got the stock, then the service was excellent.

Poor service from start to finish.

Placed an order with these guys, they were on holiday at the time so advised that the order would be processed at the start of the following week. When they re-opened they told me I would have the item by the end of that week. 3 weeks on and I still don't have the item - turns out they didn't even have it in stock, had no idea when it was coming back in stock and kept fobbing me off with false promises. They then just cancelled my order and refunded me so I'll have to find it from somewhere else. Definitely won't shop here again.

Having had extremely bad experiences ordering numerous items online, I wanted to say how impressed I am with DKB Elegance. Ordered a sink and tap on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. No fuss, great service.
