The cafe has gone down hill. Poor service no cream scones when the offer is on. Only 2 girls serving , tables not cleared, no restaurant anymore. We used to love a trip up. But unless we are getting our free monthly coffees we go else where. Sorry to say this.

Called into the cafe for cup of tea and scone got to counter no scones this was at 2.30pn when the offer of cream scones had only started plenty of plain scones but could not make up cream one. Tables had not been cleaned and seemed to have only 3 girls on . Very disappointed especially being St Patrick's Day and the place very busy

Dreadful customer service
Ordered garden set at nearly £900
They called me to book delivery
I had to take a day off work as the only deliver to Northern Ireland on certain days
2 weeks later they cancelled delivery as there was an issue with where the garden furniture was?
The shouldn’t be booking deliveries unless they have the items ready to ship
I am now trying to cancel the order
I will buy elsewhere
Customer service when I phoned today I felt I was boring her and she couldn’t wait to get off the phone

Please update your webpage. Says open to 8pm on a Friday and it’s not. Very disappointed.

Never ever been in anywhere more expensive… I was shocked at the prices they are charging….no wonder the shop is empty! No one answers the phone number on their web site! They are charging £54 for a garden sprinkler another smaller one for £35… worth £10 & £6 anywhere else… seriously unbelievable prices for cheep Chineese products

We are regular visitors to Dobies, almost weekly.
We Love the 2 for £14 Breakfast before a wander around the store.
True, can be expensive....but it costs nothing to look.
Toilet facilities first class, and the soft play area for young children great.
So pleased to hear yous aren't closing.😊

Took out club membership to learn next day the store is closing.

Went for breakfast this morning in The Junction Complex, Antrim and never again. Food arrived luke warm, Bacon and black pudding were very overcooked couldn't eat them, egg was undercooked, The only thing warm on the plate was the beans which had come out of the microwave. Will never be back

Went to Dobbies Antrim to buy a Clamatis,the climbing plant section had about 12 plants in stock.This was a disappointment as I had driven past a couple of other garden centres on the way.Worst of all the plants on sale were dead or dying,I don't think they had been watered for at least a few days.On looking around i noticed that a Lot of plants were in the same bad condition.Surprised and disappointed that Dobbies would sell such bad quality plants,especially in their Flagship store!

My wife and I recently made our first visit to Dobbies Garden Centre at Junction One retail outlet in Antrim. This is a huge, well-stocked garden centre which would pretty-much cater for any gardener’s needs. The layout is welcoming and tasteful, while the spaciousness makes for a pleasant shopping experience. However, I would respectfully suggest that urgent attention needs to be given to providing a similar experience in the cafe. The cafe is situated adjacent to the entrance and for many people arriving at the centre, this would be their first port of call. The cafe was seriously under-staffed on the day of our visit (one poor employee was doing his best !) and customers were left queuing for an unacceptable time. The mood was not helped by the fact that a member of staff was able to jump the queue and get served ahead of waiting customers. A number of other regular customers to the centre advised that this was not an isolated incident. I feel that the unfortunate consequence of this is to taint opinion of the whole garden centre from then on. I make these comments in a genuinely constructive manner.

My friend and I are regular visitors to the Antrim Dobbies store mainly because we are both Dobbies card holders and enjoy our free drinks each month!

Beautiful bright airy shop with a great selection of plants and gifts.

The food in the restaurant was very poor. I ordered the vegan option on the Sunday roast menu. It arrived with 3 under cooked vegan sausages, 3 small roast potatoes and a spoonful of under cooked carrots and broccoli. I had to ask for the vegan gravy which was part of the meal and when it arrived it was thin and tasteless. There was no vegan option on the desert menu and no vegan cakes.

Bought a garden spade for more than I wanted (£39.99) in November 2023, this spade was hanging under the incorrect price label, but took it home anyway thinking at least it will probably last me. The metal part of the spade head has snapped after 6 months of little use and was stored in a garage when not in use. Enough to put me off buying anything here again.

Well laid out garden centre, great plants, good prices, lovely coffee shop and clothing and household shops.

Like any care giver it is great to chill with a coffee while your dependants play near by and have fun.
Today I visited Dobbies soft play in Antrim with a 2 & 3 ywar old. After a while of them playing with me observing from a table close to the play area. I could hear the older child shouting. I went and investigated to find both children along with 2 other children roughly the same age and an older child approximately 6 maybe 7 years old. This older child was kicking the 3 year old and the 2 year old defended his brother by pushing the older child who retaliated by punching him in the face.
I removed both children and went out of the play area and asked who was responsible for the child. Noone answered me. I observed the child and he eventually came out and ran to a table at the furthers end of the room in a corner ( this place wasnt packed there were lots of free tables closer to the play area available)
I approached the lady and asked her had she not heard me call out and she said yes so what did you want me to do about it!
Seriously my understanding of these play areas are supervision by care givers at all times.
Am I mistaken to be cross at this care giver for not supervising her child!

I advise that the rules for supervision be displayed in a larger format in several areas around the play area
