Came for a meet up with a friend and ended up having a tasty lunch!
If it wasn’t for the kind till member telling us about the over 60’s members free cake, we would have missed out. Perhaps a poster up would be nice? Other than that, a lovely environment and experience, thank you.

Dobbies always has a wide selection and this visit was no exception

I picked a pack of cyclamen plants from the back of the reduced price area. I spent some time choosing them, not noticing that there wasn't a reduced price label on. My husband and I dead headed the plants and removed most of the yellowed leaves by the time we got to the checkout.
Once I realised i'd been charged full price, I went to customer services explaining the situation. The assistant gave me the impression she didn't believe me. She did go and check with the department manager (I didn't go with her), who apparently said the plants looked too good to be reduced. So I ended up getting a refund and no plants. I didn't have the energy to go all the way back to the plants department. Not very helpful staff.

Issue with Dobbies card and slow restaurant service.
Every time we visit the store we have issues. I used my Dobbies card at the till to purchase items in the 20% offer, Dobbies card worked fine. So we went to the restaurant, usual chaotic semblance of staff. Then paid offered my Dobbies card and was told it was rejected!
I’ve already phoned to sort this out previously and was sent a new card.

Very helpful staff and good selection of items

Staff extremely helpful as my husband and I have mobility issues. Carried our breakfast and hot drinks to our table. Nothing was too much trouble

We bought items for our garden so with the 20% off made them a good buy.
We also bought food a meat pie from the butchers, which is a favourite of ours.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and you can always see someone to help you.

Very helpful, had just what I wanted and join the Dobbies card scheme and had two cappuccino coffees to take out

We brought our 11week old GS puppy for a bit of socialising with the public in the restaurant ,while we enjoy our coffee.

Everything was very professional and could not have been better.

As the norm, no problems at all.

Waitrose far to expensive .Butchers excellent highly recommended love their bread pudding & pastries.

what can i say - it was as usual a totally fulfilling experience.

Very helpful staff. They were busy, but the lady assistant took time to find and advise the best in season flowers for my colour scheme before going back to her other other duties.

Hi we came in for my birthday treat that was good ,It could have done with a few more staff on the coffee desk one girl on her own was not enough
