Friendly staff.
One complaint the ladies toilets are not good. Only every other water tap working including soap dispensers this has been ongoing for a long time.
Toilet paper lying on the floor.

The staff are very helpful at Dobbies Braehead. The products are excellent and even better when you can buy them in the sale.
It's a lovely, clean shop and I can recommend the restaurant. The choices are good, prices are good and the food is delicious.

Staff were friendly, pleasant and went out of their way to help me find out what I wanted.

Very good food in the restaurant, and the gentleman on the checkout on Saturday afternoon was very helpful when I asked him about an item, a combined clock and phone charger, which I was considering buying.

Enjoyed a lunch & coffee in the restaurant. Coffee milk selection is great.
Unfortunately we find that the vegan options in the food aren’t really there when having a panini etc. Place is always clean and staff very friendly.

Nice tea and scone plus got what I wanted

Visited for the 20% discount promotion. Garden centre looked lovely but the prices were way over the top.

Delivered in good time , driver called ahead so we were ready and he made things simple placing everything we wanted where we wanted it… a perfect delivery!

Staff were very helpful and friendly . Healthy well cared for plants and sundries. Restaurant was clean and the food was very nice

Excellent customer service. Down to earth folk not overly trying to give you the big sell. Giving good advice. You end up buying anyways. Excellent choice and quality products. What makes my visit is the staff. And i thankee for their excellent customer service

Very short staffed in Dobbies restaurant.
One member of staff backed up with food orders, was unable to take our order. She did apologise and explained she would be with us as soon as she could. We did not wait any longer - decided to just have hot drinks!
