Queuing for coffee and no table cleared for our use detracted from our enjoyment

Nice clean tidy garden centre. Good seasonal plants, lots to look at inside and nice cafe. Good menu choice and cake selections.

I have always enjoyed visiting Dobbies.
The range of products is very extensive and we never come home empty handed. All gardening products are good quality. Staff are always helpful and obliging. Restaurant very good. Added bonus having a Sainsbury store included.

Great selection of plants and garden accessories. There is a Sainsbury's on site for small fresh food supplies.
Good cafe and plenty of other things for sale. Worth a visit if in the area.

My friend and I enjoyed our visit , giving us ideas for gifts and replacing plants for the garden. Then ending up in the restaurant for a toasted sandwich and a cappuccino, very nice ! We’ll be back !

I normally have nothing but praise about service at all branches I visit.
Today I purchased a number of reduced plants. i had to return to the store as I had been overcharged on one item. It seemed a simple mistake to rectify as the original bar code had been read instead of the reduced one but it seemed to take forever to rectify and the supervisor was clearly not happy having to take time dealing with the problem.
Hopefully this is a one off incident.

Great garden centre near Maidenhead with quality plants and lots of variety. Canteen and food offering/quality could do with some improvement, even though the service was friendly. ultimately I came for plants and got some great ones so can’t complain.

Excellent service in the Restaurant Brad extremely efficient will certainly recommend.

Good product availability friendly service in store and the cafe...well done.

Had an interesting visit to this garden centre. Used my birthday treats from Dobbies. That was lovely. Thank you. Unfortunately my visit to the ladies toilets wasn't so delightful! There was no toilet paper in two of the three cubicals. I didn't discover this until too late. Next time I will make sure there is toilet paper.in the one I am using. Then there was only one soap dispenser out of the two with any soap. I had to find one of the assistants to tell her my findings. Apparently the toilets had been checked an hour before but obviously no one had checked the cubicals for toilet paper. Otherwise a good visit.

Got the things I went for. Staff helpful.

Plants well laid out and very reasonably priced . There is plenty of choice re other goods s and very helpful to have a Cotton traders and Sainsbury’s on site too .

I found the staff helpful and very pleasant. It was a good place to wander around and have a cuppa . Dobbie’s card is great for discounts too .

Absolutely brilliant, well worth the money. Food arrived hot with a pleasant smile from serving staff. Seating was clean and spacious. Have made it a regular treat once a month for breakfast.

Enjoyable experience when shopping at Dobbies Hare Hatch for plants or otherwise

Plants found and help was given to load compost into car. Much appreciated.
