Staff are great in the cafe. Coffee is lovely. Mirror cake is delicious.

Lovely fish and chips, especially as there gluten free and the cake was gluten free too.
Staff always friendly.

Over charging at the restaurant, which I can understand happening, but having to justify myself when staff wouldn’t listen.At my age a little respect would not have come in wrong

Had fish and chips in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and efficient but then the rain began and it was panick stations in the clothes department,Staff were racing round looking for buckets or anything that would hold water.There were numerous leaks in the roof that one staff said it had just been repaired.!!!

Love Dobbies morpeth. Really helpful staff and knowledgeable. The manager goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. Restaurant and cafe dog friendly. Great pet shop. We go at least twice a week, using our Dobbies card

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plants on offer were extensive and the majority of high quality. The gift shop was lovely and it was a great first visit. I signed up for the customer card to visit Dobbies store nearer to home.

Came in for hanging baskets and orchids.Good quality plants and low prices staff friendly and helpful. Costa coffee ideally situated for short visit.

Very friendly staff in restaurant but the dobbies breakfast my husband and I had was only lukewarm which spoiled the experience.

Zoe was very helpful in assisting me today in the Morpeth branch. They unfortunately didn’t have what I wanted in stock currently however i was advised when to expect it to be in stock again!
