Great range of products and extremely helpful staff. Special shout out to the store manager who goes above and beyond to make a first class customer experience.

Usual high standard of service and good value

Called in for a breakfast bun. after doing a very early shift at work, bacon bun for me & sausage bun for husband, both beautifully cooked & presented, lovely coffee too. The staff are efficient & friendly, top marks to all.

I would have rated my experience higher but for the fact at the checkout I had to ask if I needed to show the email I had received to take advantage of the 20% discount. If I hadn’t asked the question I would have missed out. Usually by just scanning your Debbie’s card the discount or offer is automatically applied. Please be more consistent.

Very organised and a pleasure to shop . The only downside . Not enough staff on the floor . Lots of items not priced.

Went in very unhappy as I had only been informed of the 20% off the day after the sale finished. However when I complained of this, the lady was very helpful and said she would honour the 20% off. I really appreciated this and went ahead and spent £80 so was happy with that. I just hope that next time I receive the date of sale early enough, otherwise not worth me being a club member. Was very impressed with the service.

I found with the 20% discount to give me great value for money. Staff always cheerful especially on checkout yesterday.

Good range of plants with some unusual items. Made good use of the 20% off offer. Dog friendly although available dining area has decreased Thought I would have got members discount on an already reduced plant as I have done in the past but not this time.

Good visit- got everything I needed @ 20% off. Lovely (free) cappuccino made by pleasant, cheerful member of staff. Check out girl had a cheerful sense of humour and was very much on the ball with gift cards and vouchers, accurately scanning and sorting my purchases. Not sure about the dog friendly policy. I do prefer to shop in a dog free zone.

I went specifically for Spring bulbs. The selection was many and varied so loads to choose from and I was very pleased to be able to buy them as part of the 20% off clubcard promotion weekend. I am a regular Dobbies customer; it's always my first stop for all things gardening.
My only criticism on this visit was, unusually, the young lady on the till didn't give very attentive service, I felt that as she was only one of two tills open she wanted to just 'get the queue through' rather than asking if I wanted a bag or assisting me getting my purchases back into the trolley so I could pack my bag away from the till. Despite this (in my opinion) poor service I will still be shopping at Dobbies as they always have what I need during my gardening year.
During my visit I also went into the coffee shop for a latte and cake, both of which were superb quality.

Good quality plants at reasonable prices for club members.
Great bonus to have coffee each month. Staff are very friendly and efficient if you cant find something specific.
Outlets are an interesting distraction from gardening.
Sometimes stock levels run too low and you cannot get what you need, such as ericaceous compost

We went to buy plants, also cacti information and spring bulbs. We got help with the cacti, we got our plants and lots of bulbs. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Great garden centre, huge with a lot to chose from. The outdoor fruit and veg store had a great selection.

I visited the garden centre recently and purchased plants and bulbs and sundries. The quality was good and the assistants were pleasant and helpful.

Dobbies -Heighley gate Morpeth, is a very well stocked store. Sundays Breakfast is a must followed by shopping of course. Bulbs, bedding plants at good prices. Very healthy plants.

I have quite a journey to dobbies from Amble. I was expecting a voucher to be emailed to me but I'm still waiting. I bought a few things but would have spent more if I'd had the voucher. I arrived home to find points vouchers. It would be good to get an email letting people know when to expect them.
