We had a lovely time in the restaurant & then I bought a gorgeous plant.

Rebecca was v helpful. Pleasant, knowledgeable.

Very helpful service when we bought a garden furniture set in the Perth Dobbies sale. It arrived two days later, as forecast, and is perfect for our garden. Staff could not have been more helpful.

I was returning some garden furniture to Dobbies in Perth. It was a very easy refund dealt with quickly and courteously

Staff are lovely. Good variety of plants and the restaurant is excellent

Cappuccino was really good to ! and free as part of my Dobbie's membership.

Enjoyed our lovely morning coffee and scones.
We were bit put off with the noise level in the restaurant as it was nearly full. The acoustics in the restaurant is not great as there is nothing to take in all the sounds of voices and dogs barking in the dog area of restaurant.

Got lovely plants yesterday but sad to see so many dried out and desperate for a drink.this was perth dobbies.

Everything very good except quality of food and cakes could be better. Coffee very good.Prices of some plants and compost a bit high.

We had a lovely lunch. Bought some plants and a sale item. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that I was looking for clover seeds and couldn't find any.

Great garden centre plenty choice and great prices. Staff are all so friendly doesn’t matter what department you are in. Store is always clean and tidy, love my visits.

Just wanted a specific item and used a gift card I had been given to pay for it. Stopped for a hot chocolate and piece of cake while I was there. Friendly staff who served me quickly and politely.

Always clean and airy. (I usually go early morning)
Cafe staff always cheerful and helpful, good coffee.
Shop and gardening section have good range of products, again staff always cheerful and helpful.

5 star service at Dobbies Perth, ad usual

Went to purchase spiral tree guards only to find them at astronomical price of £5.99 each. Twelve would have cost me nearly £72.
I can buy same for a fraction of the price.
Saying that, the till operator was quick to query and refund the purchase.
I only write this to highlight the point - I know you have your mark ups but on this occasion, was way off the mark.

The staff are always really helpful and friendly, plus great selection of plants

Our visit to the café was good - efficient staff.
We bought a couple of things in store, when we reached the checkout the girl, I think her name was Theresa, was very bright and cheery, also helpful. Thanks for that.

Love going for morning coffee and a scone, or for our lunch. Then a stroll round the garden centre. The staff are so helpful and really make you so welcome.
